How much interest is there in Chippy?

I'm working on the third part of my guide covering old PC emulation. How much interest is there in Chippy? It is a Chip-8 emulator. It kind of sucks and the support for it really sucks. The download link is down on WiiBrew but I have an alternate location. All the download includes is an old school boot.elf. I can work with it and set it up but it requires extra work. I would either have to include a part about making an icon and meta.xml or pre-make them and upload them myself. It only plays 34 old school games like Pong. The good news about the games is that they are public domain so therefore legal to download and distribute. I just don't want to waste the time if there is no interest.

So far it looks like there isn't really much interest. I figured as much. It's not one of those fond memories things like the NES. Here is a little Wikipedia info if anyone is interested. I'm hoping to have the third part up by this weekend.

Not really. I've never used it other than emulated form. I didn't think there would be as much interest as say BlueMSX-wii or DOSBox. BlueMSX-wii is a pain in the butt BTW. But it's necessary if you want to play the real Metal Gear or lots of other great games. And DOSBox...That's like stepping into a time machine for me. In a good way of course.

It's really limited to what it can play and the few good games like Space Invaders or Tetris are available for other emulators in better form.

I used to have Chip-8 games on my calculator. I say leave it out.

Awesome. At least someone actually used it.

Well when you put it that way, how can you NOT add it? It sounds so awesome...
