    downgrade HBC because of emulators

OK. I may sound long-winded here, but I think the more details I give, the better.
Check my sig for most stats.
I have had vgbagx, genplus,snes9xgx,Wii64, and fceugx on my Wii for a year or so. Emulators on my SD card, and roms on my FAT32 HDD. I never had any issues with it up until the HBC update to 1.0.8.
When I updated, the emulators couldn't read the HDD anymore
I installed IOS58 via HBBrowser and it didn't help.
After messing around for two days, searching this site, and a case of beer later, I am stumped
At this point, I've gotten them all to work as before, except Wii64. Shows it cannot find the path '/Wii64/roms/'. It IS there. Like I said-worked before the update.
I have not updated the emulators for a while, none are newest except fceugx.
I tryed bannerbombing again to uninstall and reinstall HBC 1.0.6. Works at first, but always reverts back to 1.0.8. This is how I think I could solve the problem.

MY QUESTION(S): Why does it revert back to 1.0.8? Where does it store info at on the system and/or sd card? Do I need to use the latest Hackmii installer to uninstall 1.0.8? Or is there another way using 1.0.8?

I know that cios202 support is gone for the 'gx' emulators newest revision. Do I need to uninstall hermes202?

    Im stuck
    Any help gets thanks!!

I have no idea why it reverts back to 0.8. I have noticed that myself. I think your problem is just having out of date emulators. Update them and I'm betting your problems will go away.

The only emulator giving me problems right now is Wii64. No update. No idea why 1.0.8 would affect that one? thanks for your time

I'm hesitant to update anything until Tantric and Twiizers stop battling.
Thats why 'gx' stuff won't use 202 anymore, right? power struggle?

Verify versions. If you do have the latest then verify that Wii64 is setup to look for the roms on your HDD and not the SD card. The easiest way do this might be just remove the SD card and start Wii64 and see what happens. I'm kinda out of my league at this point as I don't use Wii64 but someone else should be able to help you.

It's no problem... if I catch a thread and it seems more centric to another category, I simply move it there. It will remain in the newbie section along with a redirect to here where it resides now. I, like Krafter, am not the emulator guy --- out of my league, sorry.
