Are you putting the cue file in the folder with it?

Well you need to have a cue file. You can make one easiely enough by using the text I posted in post #9 and just replace the name of the bin file.

The one that is not working, does it show up the the list in PCSX?

Make one with a text editor. A cue file is just a text file with a ".cue" extension instead of a ".txt" extension. if you use Notepad you can use the above text with the bin file name change. You can then select "Save As" and choose "All Files" as the type and save it as "YOUR_FILE_NAME.cue". Where YOUR_FILE_NAME is the same as the bin file. Make sure you add the ".cue" when saving.

Yes that exactly what I mean.

LOL, no harm done. It just sounds like you change the file as-sociation to notepad. No big deal. If you right click the .bin file and choose "Open With" you can select winrar or something similar and then select the option to use it as the default application.

edit: but I have to say again that I think you are going to be very disappointed if/when you get this going. It really sucks. Good idea but still need a lot of work.

lol, thanks all the same, doesnt seem like anyone else wanted to help! But everything youve said has been taken in and has worked so far, so can i just use that same text to make .cue files for all my .bins?! If i change the file as-sociation to winrar will it go back to a normal .bin file?! Thanks for all you help!

Yes, just change the name inside the cue file to match your bin file and save it with the same name.

    YOUR_GAME.bin
    YOUR_GAME.cue

Cue file should look like this when opened/saved with Notepad:
    FILE "YOUR_GAME.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

If i change the file as-sociation to winrar will it go back to a normal .bin file?! Thanks for all you help!
It's still a normal bin file. That has not changed. The only thing different is if you was to double click it, it would try to open with Notepad and not some other app such as winrar.

    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
