use the program WADder. Google it and you'll find it soon enough. And theres plenty of youtube examples to give you an idea of how it works before you use it

By making a channel using games from Nintendo 64, does that mean it will save games to the wii when playing the channel? I have not had any success in saving emulator games. Or does anyone know how to save emulator games?

If your running this off an sd card, or whatever, the channel is only used to forward you to where its saved. It points to the directory of everything thats on your sd or external. When you set up the 64 emulator, your supposed to create a folder for the save states and all that. If you go into the emulator and in the options, you can find where it looks for the saves and change the path manually to something you set up. Its not that bad but can be somewhat confusing.
