    Saving games in Triiforce/Emulators?

Hi there. I am currently running Triiforce and have a question that i could not find an answer to.

I know triiforce can save games for Wiiware games but i dont see how to save a game process for VC games (such as Mario Bros 3 or any other game). From what i read... saving a VC games (non triiforce... just a downloadable VC games) means you have to save it as a channel. Since triiforce doesn't do this i don't think its possible.

My question therefore is can you save games in triiforce? If not how about emulators... i read that you can but is it easy to? Do i need a gamecube card for any of those VC games?

    Thank you in advance

Oh btw since i havent used any emulators i was wondering on any opinions as to which is better? Triiforce or emulators? I know triiforce is better for n64 games but how about the other emulators? One thing that bugs me is how many triiforce vc games require a gamecube controller... is this also true for emulators or can you just use the wiinunchuck/remote? Can you change the button layout?

Yes you can save VC games in triiforce. Check out the guide on this site. You can also save games in emulators, it gives you all that info at wiibrew.org where you can download them.

You only need a gamecube memory card for saving gamecube games. Nothing else.

I use triforce for all my wiiware games to save memory and most of my VC games as well. I use emulators for games that arent available for VC. You can use many diff combinations of controllers for most emulators.

All of them run well excluding neo geo(dont use this one but have read that) wiisx and wii64. Although the new wii64 beta1.1 honey has just been released and has many improvments. The buttons can be mapped to whatever you want as well.

Really triiforce can save a game for VC? I can't seem to find that info on the guide. I've been scouring it but all i could find was saving the wiiware settings. For example, can i save the progress for super mario bros 3 (the one for nes) when i am on the second stage or something like that?
