    has any one found out to solve this issue? i have my wbfs as my first hdd and 2nd is fat32? hopefully theres a better way to fix

    Well sursider I suppose you didn't read the entire thread. I have had this same problem and the solution is to make sure the Fat32 partition is set as an Active drive. You should be able to do this with any type of partitioning program.

    I had the same issues with this emu running from my Wii HDD -- so I gave up; until I found out about this vastly superior Genesis emulator that runs perfectly via USB 2.0! It has been mentioned before in another thread, but I don't remember where I saw it. I've uploaded it to Megaupload, so grab it while you still can
