In my experience (downloaded directly from HomeBrew):

    Atari 2600 - Works perfectly
    Atari 7800 - Works perfectly
FCE Ultra (NES) - Works perfectly
    Snes9x (SNES) - Works perfectly
GenPlus (Sega Genesis) - Works perfectly
VBA (GameBoy Advance) - Works perfectly
SDL MAME (arcade) - I've only gotten about 10 games to work but most don't
Wii64 (N64) - I've gotten no games to work but I've read that it's only in beta so it may be some time
NeoGeo - doesn't load at all
Turbo Graphix 16 - doesn't load at all
PSx (PlayStation 1) - doesn't load at all

I plan to try the Sega Saturn and Dreamcast emulators but I've read that some games work, some don't, some are slow, some have screen distortions...

I've also found forwarders (makes a Wii channel) for all above that "Works perfectly" but you have to find the correct version or else it always wants you to update. They can be tricky to find but use the emulator name and version in Google.

I have the ATARI, GBA, NES, SNES, SMS, GEN, NEOGEO and N64 emus all running fine. Havent tried anything else so far. Wii64 comes out wih a new beta1.1 very shortly, which will be much improved and will play more titles, including Goldeneye. As far as NeoGeo, I was unable to get it to work at first also, but you should google "neogeo.zip", download it and put the files in your neogeo folder on your sd card and run it. worked for me, hope that helps.

Update: I've gotten Wii64 to work. With most emulators, it is not necessary to unzip your roms but with Wii64, you must. I recommend checking this compatibility list: Compatibility List - Wii64/mupen64gc as some games don't work and many not at full speed. So far, I have seen no improvement with the beta 1.1 release...

I've also tried Yubause (Saturn emulator) and it "works" but the roms don't function to the level I would deem playable.

Some wii64 games now work close to perfect with the wii64 1.1 honey. I would disagree with you , overall it is improved.

the Compatibility List - Wii64 is great, allot of work there. I literaly spent hours, all the ones picked for the kids had issues. I wish I found this 1 hour earlier...

I'm definietly one of them! The problem is that, for a home system, all of the game manufacturers must conform to the same hardware; whereas, for arcade units, each one is different so it's much more difficult to emulate.
