i know that their still trying to fix all the bugs and get online play, but i cant find a legit due date cuz they said it would be good in a month, like in january, anybody know the real due date for the finished wii 64?
I have been trying to follow it as well, and I have not seen any expected date given. It seems like people are claiming it is being worked on.... but the last change I saw was back in Jan '09. And it was the for the "Preview" version for lack of a better term.

You are better off using Virtual Console WADs for now. If there is a N64 game that is currently not available on the Virtual Console then you can try some injected WADs but they can be dangerous. Those are really your only options at the moment.

Seriously wtf. I pre-ordered it last October through gamestop. If they aren't going to deliver their products in a timely fashion I think I may cancel my order and just not buy it.
In other news, they released a crappy version of WiiSX just so people would STFU and stop QQing about not having their emulator fixes.
if theres one thing you can learn from emulation scene, releases can be YEARS apart. take PJ64 for example, been in beta stages on 1.7 for quite some time, all you can do is check the news everyday and see what happens. you can't even take the programmers word on any progress, stuff happens and they may feel they are getting close to something and then they may have to stop working on it, be patient and take it to the extreme, be happy with what you've got anyway theres n64 vc games and you can play virtually every n64 title on the pc. another example is 1964, just finally released 1.0 (?) i believe, again years away from 0.9.9

I think everybody is aware of the availability of VC games or other emulators. The subject at hand is the status of the Wii64 emulator.
