Question Looking For Compiled Neko Project II Wii v0.1B3

I was hoping to get my hands on the Neko Project II (by SquidMan) emulator, specifically v0.1B3, but all I can find is the source code. I have no clue how to compile Wii code. I've checked out some guides online but keep getting errors when I attempt to compile. Any chance somebody already has a compiled version of this sitting around on their PC? My google-fu has failed to find anything but the source code .

Depending on source type, it may be a licensing issue (where you must provide the source, but leave it to the user to compile). Some license types are that way. I also see a report back in 2011 of a Beta 5 release (looks to be a different developer, it's labeled Neko Project II v0.83 beta5).

Edit: isn't this the one you're looking for? Not sure if pre-compiled or not....

That is exactly what I am looking for. Unfortunately, the archive is a broken download. I've tried a few browsers and grabbing it at different times during the day (found this yesterday), but no luck.

Whoa! I found this yesterday but did not bother grabbing it because I figured it was older than v0.1B3. Yesterday I found v0.83 Beta 1 and by looking at just the version numbers, it would seems like v0.83 is the most recent revision. However, after checking it's meta.xml for a release date (10-18-2009), I could see v0.1B3 was more recent (12-10-2009). On top of that the official code respository lists v0.1B3 as the last modification made to the project by the author.

So I just ignored the v0.83 links I came across. I just checked the meta.xml for v0.83 beta 5 I see a release date of 08-14-2011. Holy cow, egg on my face! Thank you nightstah!! You've absolutely made my week .

    EDIT
Looks like the version numbers are off because there are two ports of this emulator, one by Yui and another by SquidMan. The v0.83 series is Yui. However, it is more recent than the SquidMan version I was looking for so this is definitely what I'm after. Thanks again!
