Question about Wii Backup Manager any help appreciatedr?

hey guys, on the website and on this site under one of the tutorials and the advertisment of this app
    it has the following ..

    Backup DVDs

Direct rip to ISO, CISO, WBFS file, WBFS.
Support for Multiboot discs, convert each game partition back to full ISO or transfer to WBFS etc. recovering the game's original disc title and ID.
Batch mode. After a rip is complete, the disc is ejected and the next disc processed immediately when it's inserted.
Direct burn from ISO, CISO, WBFS file, WBFS.

i am a little confussed does this application allow you to insert your paid owned wii game x title and dump it to iso/wbfs?
or is this backup dvd's meaning to burn your already dump'd iso/wbfs files back to another format?

can any wfbs manager rip/dump games or is it only usb loaders that can do this?

any help would be appreciated as i am still learning the ins and outs on what these apps can and cannot do.

I'm not sure if it will rip originals. I do know that even if it does, you still need one of the few drives capable of reading the original discs. You best bet for ripping originals is with one of the usb loaders. WBM will let "you burn your already dump'd iso/wbfs files back to another format" as you stated.

ah great thanks for that, yea it is missleading but when you look on the site/google for wii backup manager dump/rip/dvd/burn
nothing really is shown so guess unless you have a rare LG you can't read the discs, so to answer the question to anyone else

no wbfs managers for the pc will rip / dump a game you have bought & purchased?
so it's only usb loaders that has the ability to dump games to a hdd?

There are a few other apps for the Wii that will do this as well. A few years ago I had one called ISO Dumper. It ripped the games from the Wii console to the PC via WiFi. Been a long time since I deleted it though, since all the loaders rip them directly to the HDD.
