    WADs

I was on a Youtube video about WADs and in the description it said: 'Warning: Becareful of what WADs you're using! Make sure that they are tested. WADs can EASILY brick your Wii if they have an incorrect banner size or if they are corrupted! Be careful!

So what I was wondering is how can I found if the WAD I am using has an incorrect banner size or it is corrupt??

    Thanks.

    1. Dont use youtube.
    2. Only use wads that you know the origin of.

Here ya go. To answer your question directly:

As far as I know there is no comprehensive, reliable way to tell whether a particular WAD is going to corrupt your system. As I said, the only wads you should need are available on our site via recommended guides. If you start finding wads elsewhere, you're asking for trouble.

If you have bootmii as boot2, you could recover from this type of issue, presuming you have a nand backup/etc.

You've been asked a number of times what you're trying to install, and you haven't answered, so I'm presuming this means you're a pirate. We don't support piracy here, and we're not going to help you with it.
