unreadable error when launching burned games in my wii.

Sorry for the noob question but I am a noob.

I have the twilight hack on my wii. I have wiigator loaded. I get my iso that i dl. I burn it with imgburn I do nothing to the iso just unrar'd it. I am using NTSC wii and NTSC games I haven't even tried PAL because I cannot get NTSC to work. I burn the game at 4x. When I go to wiigator to launch game I select launch game then it tries to load then it says error but you can't read what it says becuase it writes on top of itself. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Need more info?

    Thank you in advance.

2.4 fixes it for most people, i would try that then tell me what it says exactly if it doesnt work you dont need to patch, 1 anwser is the backup loader is shitty, since its VERY new theres a list of working and semi working games, and ones known to fail

I'm a noob who's facing the same exact issues too!

So there's no way to solve this one?

    Thanks.

Is the dvd you are burning to, single layer? It needs to be a single layer dvd!

Well..I am not sure if it's single layer but I think it should be. I think so because I used the same discs to perform a disc-to-disc copy and it works perfectly. But when I burn from iso using imgburn, it just ends up with unreadable error. So was wondering if i am supposed to do something else on top of just burning it.

thanks for responding. any more ideas?

You need to load the cios36 wad first, then the cios installer, dvdx, then backup launcher! They should all come bundled together. Trying uninstalling the above first that you have on your wii, then reinstall from bundle, if you have done the above, please ignore this message.
