The USB drive more than likely is formatted in ntfs instead of fat32 and isn't being recognized correctly, I had this problem and found a tool to format my 500gb drive into fat32 format and it worked after that. I am not sure but most likely this will solve the issue...

You burn it to a disc and use neogamma to play it. There are guides about burning too, it needs to be quality media (verbatim dvd-r recommended) and burn at slowest speed for best results.

can you search/read to find any answers on your own, or do you just want to be spoon fed?

Oh yeah. Super dump is aweseome!

I've always wondered though, has someone compiled a fancy channel for it?

No because dumping a game iso to be burned to disc is way outdated.
    HDD is the way.

But you gotta admit that it's a good way to keep backups of your backups. Rip a disc store the ISO in a HDD and a DVD, then if the HDD fails, then you could rip the burned disc instead of having to risk scratching the final copy. That or have another HDD to store them to reduce stress on the laser lens.

Just telling anyone if it helps:

I could dump the Wii Disc straight to a SDHC card without any cIOS's installed.

Note, I said DUMP it, not PLAY it.

I use Wii Menu 4.3e, Super Dump v1.3 and a Verbatim SDHC 4 GB card.

    I dumped Mario Kart Wii.

It seems (at least for mii) that it works without the cIOS and installing cIOS is a risk anyway, so just put Super Dump v 1.3 onto the /apps folder and try it that way before installing any cIOS.

    Hope I helped anyone.
