    Question Quality Problem!

I have a sofmoded Wii and i play Games from a Western Digital HDD.
everthing goes fine but the Quality of Resolution seems low.

I even bought a Wii HD Cable (Wii - Komponentenkabel HD: Amazon.de: Games)

So i want to know wheter if the .ISO Games downloaded from Internet has a lower Quality from the Orijinal Disks?

Or Is there a Setup-Option in Wii somewehere??

    best regards..

Bottom left hand corner of the wii menu screen then it says wii settings - the options are there.

Yes, I have changed the settings to EDTV/HDTV 480p. So it is better now.

But it is not perfect. For Exampe when i play games on my PC the Resolution is perfect. I cannot find this quality on Wii with a FULL HD 42'' LCD TV.

For Example when i play Maria Galaxy, the corners of images (characters, lands, everything in the game) are not sharp, they broken.

Is this normal (I mean, Is this the highest quality on Wii)?

"FULL HD" is 1080p and the wii is only 480p at the highest. No way to get it higher to match your TV's HD quality.

    I understand.
But My Friend play PES 2010 with Play Station 3 with HD, and it seems almost perfect!
Is there any difference between PlayStation and Wii?

Ya, PS3 is full HD wii is not. Thats part of the reason wii is $100 cheaper than a Play Station.

Oooh. I didnt know it (

But i dont think that people buy Wii because of being cheaper. The reason is the "Motion Sensor".

    thanx for the answers.

slippers the wii can not come close to the processing power of the ps3... and to a lesser extend the xbox 360.

looking at diff ports of games is a good indicator how scaled down it is.... ps3 and xbox360 modern warfare is much better looking than the wii modern warfare reflux.... the wii version came out nearly 2-3 years afterwards so had plenty of time to work on it and improve it but compared to the HD systems of ps3 and xbox it cant compare... slower FPS, less enemies on screen... more fog of war etc.

a good example is the wii port of dead rising, it came out on xbox then the wii 2 years later.youd think the wii would be better due to having an extra 2 years to work on it but its not even close to the xbox game, the xbox has 50-100 zombies on the screen attacking you while due to the wiis smaller power it can only handle about 20 enemies on the screen at once.
If I take the time out of my day to try and help you with your Wii endeavors, and you lack the decency of clicking thanks in retribution, it will be a cold day in hades before i entertain the notion of giving your ungrateful butt any more advice.
