    Burner reccomendation!

I am going to buy a new burner to make sure my current burner isn't the issue with burning iso's that will work with my d2pro9.

What burner do you guys/gals have that works for your wii burning needs?

Any recent burner will do really. IDE, USB, Firewire, whatever. It should work.

I have a few burners...fyi media is Verbatim 16X DVD-R burn at 4X with Imgburn.

    Samsung S203S works fine
    Pioneer 112D works fine
    Liteon DH-20A4P works fine
    Liteon Ihas120 (DH-20A6S) works fine
LG GH22N doesn't burn them right and as a matter of fact it hates -R but loves +R and +R DL

IMO, Samsung S203 series or the newer S223 series is a all rounder if you only need 1 burner. If for Wii only, the Pioneer newer 115 or 116 should do the job well.

I've a Pioneer 112, and an LG HSA-E60 external. Both burn discs flawlessly, and the HSA-E60 natively bitsets +R SL to DVD-ROM.

I have a Philips DVD8631 that came with my Dell 2 years ago.
I am not sure if it will work for the Wii or not. (No modchip installed yet!).

For the sake of it, I burned an iso just to see if I would have any problems.
The Philips burned the iso with no problems but I will not be able to try it
untill the modchip is installed this coming weekend.
