    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    ok....your virtual memory is a little too low so that is why you are having this unhandled exception....it is causing a conflict with a program that uses the same dll file. Try and stop any burning software that is using it (eg nero) and see if it works

    actually you can't clean out virtual memory...you need to stop a few programs from using it....but I'll prefer you try to install dot net framework 3.0 and see if it will solve the problem cause I had the same prob and i just download the new 3.0 dot net framework and it fixed the problem
    Thanks everyone for the great support.
