    question about playing backups?

    Hello All:

I am thinking about burning some back ups of my games... *cough*. I understand how to burn it... but what about the process of playing the game. I have been reading that if I download game updates I can brick my Wii. Is this true? What do I need to know before I do something stupid? Thanks a ton.

Use Wiu1.1 to remove updates from iso before burning and its always safest to update wii from Wii Settings and not from games, although updating from game that is same region as your wii is also safe.
