Problem burning Wii games
Hi all, I've had some problems burning my wii games, namely, i burnt Super Mario Galaxy. The first time i put it into the wii, it worked nice and good, and i had real great fun. But later, i took the disc out to load wii sports, after playing wii sports, when i tried playing Super Mario Galaxy again, the SAME disc, about 20 mins later, the wii came up with the error message "the disc could not be read"
I ensured that i put the disc in the correct side, and tried a few times, yet it still did not work. Can anyone help me please?

Sorry, I should have read your original post more slowly instead of reading what I wanted to read
Anyway, is that the only game affected? it could be just weird burn issue since it worked once the image may be fine. Normally people have had more success using DVD-R discs by Verbatim, Sony, TDK, burned using IMGBurn at 4x speed.

Sony DVD+R worked on everything!!!!!!!! not the Verbatim DVD-R or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R
I just went through the same issues as you being a new modchip user - D9prov3 I believe. After going through almost $100 in trying out DVD-Rs with local and on-line purchasing. Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden worked "better" than others (DVD-R) but SONY DVD+R disks (haven't tried SONY DVD-R disks) worked where others still caused read errors and lock ups. The good thing was that I could get them at Walmart.
Used Imgburn with 'Incremental' set and set write speed to 2x but it will auto write speed to 4x.
Hope this helps.
