backing up wii disk stuff them?

Hello im wondering dose making a wiidump, rawdump of wii disk stuff the disk up? i know in time your dive fails after period of time.

No nothing really happens to the Disc itself, most people are concerned about the Wii Drive which, from what I have read is well within the specss for the work it has to do for continous reading of the disc.
