I allways burning with my Samsung DVD-RW first to test the games.
Then, if i like the game, i burn with DVD-R.
So, yes, u can burn in DVD-RW, but DVD-R it's better, u only need to choose the best media.

Cheers. To be honest with RW's I had a 100% failure rate, moved to DVD +R's (had a few spare in the house) and x 3 on image burn and had 100% success. Kids very happy

Thanks anyway

Getting the black screen can also mean a bad image file.

Going to buy -R's but had some +r's in the house and tried them after having a nightmare with RW's as a way of seeing if the RW's were the issue and have had 100% success. Acxtually might stick with +R's as they work
