what does freezing mean?
I have burned several images that are recognized at the game channel in the menu...but when I click on it and click start...at various points before I actually get to play the game it will freeze on me....is this a bad image? bad mediums (Verbatim) or something else?
a few games that this has happened on are:
wii fit (black screen after press start)
zelda (black screen after press start)
NBA Live (freezes on team screen)

I do use verbatim right now...- have tried burning at 1x and got the same problems but I think the last one burned at 4x...should u close other programs that pull resources when burning? If I try again should I try at 1x or 2x? I don't even know if IMGBurn has a 2x setting

depends on how old the wii is and how its been used also depends on what media you feed the media, if you used crappy media the its a laser issue, but if you used good media then it could just be dirty

Well I don't know what is considered bad media...I used to use memorex but I really didn't burn too many games...I will try to clean the lens and see what happens
