Exclamation Disc could not be read - 4.2 Update

    Hi, first time posting here.
I am one who usually use google and forum to its full potential for solutions.
But this time I am really stuck.

    I purchased a wii 2-3 years ago
    NTSC-J (Japanese)
    Wiikey 1.9s
    Running 4.2J
    IOS249

I stopped touching my wii for about a year, I used to burn ISO (usually NTSC-U, PAL) from sites and use different programs to make them work for my JAP.
It was left off at 3.1J until last week.

Now, I finally made NSMB (PAL) work on my 4.2J with USB Loader GX
However, I do not have a large USB drive, some games I play are pretty big so I prefer burning discs to play instead.
But after updating to 4.2, it seems like my previous ways of burning ISOs stopped working.
I burned Naruto Shippuden 3 (NTSC-U), One Piece Unlimited Adventure 2 (PAL) to DVD, tried loading with NeoGamma R8 249 Rev 15, Gecko 1.9.3, USB Loader GX, tried with different options but all I get is Disc could not be read Error
I am aware it might be my wii IOS lacking, so I tried to find out the ISO's ios with IOS PATCHER, which one of them IOS53 and other IOS55.
So I installed these IOS .wad with Wad Manager.

    However still no luck..
The torrent files I downloaded are 3.5gb, which extracted to be 4.7gb,
    which I believe are scrubbed.
I burn it with Nero 9 at low speed (I don't believe this is the cause)
I'm just wondering I need to do anything to these scrubbed files before I burn them. Or is there something I missed that is causing this?

I am planning to buy a USB HDD, but I am only worrying about my wii's DVD functionality after updating 4.2..
Did it put Wii's Disc ISO Burning to an end?

    Any help would be great.
    Thanks in advance.
