    problems with booting super mario bros

    i have a softmodded wii 4.1u updated from 3.4 and just downloaded my first game

    [Wii]New_Super_Mario_Bros_Wii[PAL][FullISO][WiiSOS.com] (download torrent) - TPB[Wii]New_Super_Mario_Bros_Wii[PAL][FullISO][WiiSOS.com]

    and burned it to a verbatim dvd-r using imgburn and cant load from neogammaR8 when i go to load from dvd it reboots the wii and nothing happens please help its driving me crazy!!

    I used the same torrent (at least with the same name :-)). the hash is: 0970E228 435230DC DFC1573B 0B41943D 8BB43958. It needs to be patched.

    I use alt dol loading to play it.
    Extract and patch the main.dol from the partition with nsmb on it.
    sgibson1980's link leads to the instructions on how to patch.

    follow the 4.2 softmod link in my signature, as it also works for new super mario bros wii.

    i do know what you mean though, this game was a bitch to get running

    I find it ironic that I got NSMBW to work perfectly without any trouble. I just put it on my USB and done lol But I see so many people are having trouble with it, but just take the aforementioned advice and will be fine.

    well, i also had problems with new super mario bros, mine was about error 002, apply the fix in the usb loader gx anyways, maybe that will work..

    you have to patch the iso that you have.... only works with the NTSC ver.... where ever you get your games from then search again and use THIS PATCH.... google on how to use it...

    patch took 35min on my dual core AMD, so its not quick... then USB load and it works flawlessly, im going through for my second time
