If I use the correct LG reader and original games and want to make a copy do I still need to mod my wii to play the copies from original?

Youre going to have to invest some money before you can start playing with all the games out there.
Dont buy an LG drive if youre new to this. Get a modchip and have someone install it in your wii.(youll thank me later)
You cannot play backups unless your wii is modded. The LG drive is for dumping your WII dvd and then converting to iso and then burning. Too much work for us!(grin)
So get your wii drive modded. I used the argon chip cause it was easier to solder and havent had a problem yet. If you cant do it yourself you can always buy a modded drive and replace the one you have. Dont get cheap here or youll be complaining that this or that doesnt work. Do the Job right the first time and your reward will be bigger and better than ever. ( I sound like a commercial)
After the new modchip is in, just learn about torrent files downloading and start downloading the games you want.
    Good Luck
