All this talk about LG drives is now way out of date even for copying originals, you can use your wii to rip straight to your USB drive now without the need for a special reader/burner. Once ripped you just extract the iso onto your pc with WBFS manager and burn direct from there.
Your PC can't read the disc because it is written in a language windows does not understand...but it can still copy it.

But for originals
Whats the name of the program to rip from Wii to USB?
So what your saying is is that i could go hire out a wii game from a shop, rip it to my USB THROUGH my Wii and then burn it on my computer?
