i download amf bowling and gold's gym cardio work out, but they are in black and white and with sound, is there anyway to fix it? thx for help

What region is your Wii (PAL, NTSC U/J) and what region the is game from? Games played on consoles from a different region will usually display in black and white or not at all.
If this is the case change the video mode in NeoGamma...and read the newbie posts and tuts as well. ;-)
Like what Gradlock07 said you have probably downloaded a game outside your region. If so you can download a wii region changer but be careful they can be risky.
