want to burn marvel ultimate alliance for my cousins wii

due to the economy i cant afford dvd discs to burn over & over.

i think its a fairly new game mua2, i need to know a few things before i attempt to burn it.

what i am using to play the game

    marvel ultimate alliance 2
    memorex dvd-r
    Zylom Games Universal Patcher v1.1

    questions

1)do i need to patch it ? (its a ntsc game for a ntsc wii)
& w/ what utility to do it w/ ? (patcher utility)

2)any certain cios or ios file i might need to play the game ?

3)any other info i dont know to ask about that will help me out.

hope this is enough info for what i am trying to accomplish.

    1. You don't have to patch it. I have MUA2 [NTSC] running perfectly on my [NTSC] Wii.
    2. Use this [Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register]
    3. Again, just use the search. You should be able to find all the information you're looking for.

And fyi, your cousin is going to need a hacked Wii to be able to play "backups". They will not run on a virgin Wii.

Ok, just checking, 'cuz we get too many noobs in here saying "ZOMG I JUST BOUGHT A WII WHAT NOW?!?LULZ".

So, burn the game to your dvd-r using ImgBurn. [Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register]

Then just burn the image onto the disk.

Seeing as how it's a newer game you may want to make sure your cIos is up to date, or else you'll just get a black screen.

There's a tut for burning [Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register].

imgburn is the best. I personally set the write speed to 2.4x, using memorex dvd-r from walmart (about a dollar a piece). They work perfectly the first time.

I did notice the openings of games are a tad laggish, but once you are into the main part of the game(first menu), it runs like a dream.
