DVD Dumper in HBC won't even start

I press on DVD Dumper which is on my wii in HBC and the screen will go black for a while then it just goes back to the HBC main page. Any suggestions?

No, I didn't know you needed it.

I just downloaded a program that does cios but it says there is a chance it might brick your wii What cios do I need? cios249? Also is TBR the best program?

I wanna try and get bootmii to work (btw it is in iso so I need to open it through HBC, will it still give me protection if it bricks?) but when I launch it in HBC the screen goes black and the blue light around the disc drive flashes and it just does that until I turn it off? Any ideas? I followed all the instructions on the site.

Sorry for all the questions

I was just guessing. DVD Dumpers are way way out of date. USB Loaders are the replacements.

Most things like these need a form of cIOS. TBR procedure as outlined in Step 3 of the following tutorial will get you the latest revision. cIOS38 rev14. [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register]
