I got this file which contains the following:

1 info file which is blank
31 WinRaR files
63 .sfv files

How do I burn this to an iso so that my soft modded wii will run it on a backup loader (NeoGamma).

First attempted burn results in Wii saying no dvd in slot. I have suscessfully burned backups before, just not using files like above.

Simply use WinRAR, which is available for download under my signature. Install it and associate with all given file formats except ISO. Then right click one of the .rar files and select extract here. Then using ImgBurn (also in my signature) select write Image to disc and now burn the iso file.
