Soft Mod, burnt games not being read

    This is what ive done:

Softmodded Wii, homebrew channel & backuplauncher both loaded.

    Downloaded .rar files using utorrent

extracted using winrar to create .iso file

used imgburn to burn the files ( also tried nero just in case ) to DVD-R

Problem: When i place the disk into my wii and select backuplauncher all I get is a black screen. Any help is greatly appreciated. Ive been working on this for a week now.

I would suggest installing cIos249.wad, this solves alot of backup launcher problems.

    p.s maybe Cios38_REV14 would help?

Im curious if I am unzipping the .rar files correctly. After the files download via utorrent I click on the first .rar file and extract. winrar looks as though it is extracting all of the files and places them into one .iso

Great guide on how to install cios: Here.
After that you should be able to play the games. And make sure to burn them at a 1x or 2x rate.

I am having the exact same problem. I followed the instructions that Technom8t suggested, but still have a black screen...so frustrating! Any other suggestions or ideas?
    Thanks!
