    will this work?

I have a memorex (i can't find verbatim ANYWHERE I've been all over)DVD-R which is 4.7gb I also have a WII ISO which is 4.37GB is there a way to make this fit on to the dvd-r? If so, which speed on IMGburn should I use? and is there any additional software I should use?

    Thank you!

    P.s
Every DVD-R i find is 4.7gb is Verbatim bigger?
and can DVD+RW or DVD+Rdl be used?

use memorex they are the next best thing after verbatims. use 4x speed and leave the others alone, 4.37 is the standard size of N games, so just burn image with imgburn

Thank you! As usual, your help is the best.

I was just worried because the ISO size was bigger than the DVD-R size.

In your original post you said the dvd size was 4.7 and the image was 4.37 um since when was 4.37>4.7?

    Never

And if you want to get technical the writeable parts of a dvd = 4.37gb same size as your iso.

I took notice to that too and math was my best subject. Also, I disagree with memorex being the next best thing to verbatims. I am not saying that that brand is junk, but you cant put it behind Verbatims. The best brand is Yudins and Verbatims. I have also tried Sony's and HP's and they worked perfectly. I will not buy Memorex since I have had bad luck with their cd-r's with their labels peeling off. Just remember that the darker the dye, the easier it is on the laser, thus better media.
