Is it possible to backup iso from wii to usb?

Hey,

I was wondering if there was anyone that could help me in finding something I could use to backup a wii game straight from the disc in the wii console as an iso file to my 8GB usb drive which is plugged into my wii (similar to a network dump without using wifi to do it)

Can anyone reply or point me to a good tutorial?

also once I had my iso made, this looks pretty cool, a video showing how to play the game as an iso directly from the usb.... unfortunaly the guys voice gets a bit quiet towards the end, but check it out:
