how to convert the pal format to the us format

hey im kinda new to this and i was wondering if there was a way to convert the pal format to the us format

this may seem a stupid question, and rather than starting a new thread for it, this one seems just as appropriate... is it possible to check whether a downloaded iso is pal or ntsc? so as to know when to use brickblocker. all the torrents state pal or ntsc but i imagine it would be foolish to trust the torrents implicitly

Run this progam and locate iso.

Will tell you the actual region of the iso and if you wish a region to change it to

Normally when you are downloading an ISO, it tells you wether it is an PAL, or NTSC.

i am having a problem with the software how do i know if it worked. it say it changed it but when i play it it is still in black and white.
