i have dumped madden 08 using dumper 1.2 over wifi after that i burned the iso when i load the game with backup launcer it loads when it gets to the first screen it freezes do i need to convert iso before i burn it help plz thanks

No you not need to convert the iso but try these to things:
1. Burn the iso at a low speed such as 1x or 2x
2. Try using a different cIOS249 such as cIOS38-rev14 or rev13 etc
3. Try using the neogamma backup loader if you aren't already
