noob help please

hi just recently got a softmodded wii and wonder about burning iso's. i have downloaded a few games (super paper mario & we ski) when i unrar the iso it ends up being 4.37gb which is just too big for a single layer dvd, is there any way to make them smaller? can you burn a rar'ed up iso to disc to play?

p.s also looking for a usb loader to play games which is the bst out there?

id either get usb loader gx or get neogamma r4 or newer. that will do both boot from dvd-r and from usb xhd. and thats not to big dvd-r are 4.7gb so 4.37 will fit. use img burn to burn the iso 's

IMGburn will burn an ISO that looks like it's rar'ed. Install image burn, right click the ISO or rar you want to burn, then select burn with IMGburn.

I think the best loader is Configurable USB Loader.

You are better off using Verbatim DVD-R they are the most compatible out there.
