Downloading and backing up wii games

i am new to this thread stuff so bear with me. I soft modded my wii and have all the programs that I need..i think....i find a lot of game downloads from torrent search engines.....a lot of the downloads have like 20 or more rar files in them....with these downloads how do you turn them into an iso and burn them to a disk.

do you need to have one of those special drives to burn a downloaded wii game.

most of those files are in .rar which means you would need winrar to extract them all to become one iso file and with that you would use imgburn to burn the iso onto a disc

ok but....for example i downloaded mario kart....in the download there are rars going from wiisos_mku.r00 to wiisos_mku.r61....i have to extract them all?....when i click on a couple of them they all say that they are 4,699,979,776 in size....im totally lost...also with the download there is a single zip file that is called wiisos_mku.rar and another file called siisos_mku.sfv....i dont know what all this stuff is

Just use winrar, and exract the 1st one, It will automatically pull the file from the rest,

Think of the .iso, being zipped, then they split that zip into 60 or so pieces,

When you use winrar to extract, it will just unzip the whole thing provided all the pieces are there to start with.
