    HI Guys,

I am having real problems with dvd dumper (wifi) and get the 10056 every time. I have tried to read everything I could before asking for help!. I am using a XP system, wii downgraded from 3.4E to 3.2E. I have tried using firefox, opera and safari with the same error at 386mb. I am using Custom IOS Installer with IOS37-64-v2070.wad. I am also using dvd dumper V1.2. If anyone could suggest anything to overcome the 10056 error.

    Thanks for your time.

    Cheers!

    Hello everyone.

I've tried to read everything I can before posting in case my issue has already been resolved, but alas, here we are.

In attempting to run the DVD Dump v1.2, the only thing that happens is that it just reloads the Home Brew apps menu.

I am using firmware 3.4u and am not very comfortable with rolling back my firmware.

Hi i have downloaded V1.2 but cannot install it as an app it still finds the 1.3 version i have even tried to delete the 1.3v but it still doesn't find the 1.2. the only way i can get 1.2 to run is by loading boot.dol from sd card and arrowing down to 1.2 then i can find the http// address but it just freezes, i am now trying to down grade to 3.2 firmware and try that,
any more ideas would be great

DVD dumpers are rather old solutions. Everyone is using USB Loaders these days to rip their games.

As for the dumper, you must be missing some key file. I'm not sure but most of these types of apps require cIOS installed, do you have one?
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.
