Comlpete novice - nearly there!!

Hi all - first post so go easy :p

Here's where I'm at - I've successfully got Homebrew along with USB Loader3.0 and followed all the ios stuff to nearly get to where I want be be. I'm using the my external hard drive which also has movies on it so I can watch them through the Wii media player as well.

I have installed all the games I own no problem and they can be played okay through USB Manager. The problem I need help with is playing/installing downloaded games. eg I've downloaded Mario Party 8 (wbfs file) then converted to iso using WBFS Manager, burned to disc using Nero 7, installed ok, downloaded artwork ok - but when I go to play the game the screen goes blank. Am I doing the right thing here or missing something simple?
