incase u didnt do this if you install cIOScorp 3.3 then you can load backups through the disk channel.
This is the tutorial that i followed on my wii with 4.1 menu version

I'm actually a bit scared to put anything else on it now. I think I had a close call after I put ios60 "patched" on it, It rebooted and said my system files were corrupt, something, something. I could barely read what it was saying because the text was all mangled on the screen. I was able to get into the homebrew channel by holding the reset button while powering it up somehow.

I reloaded my previous wads and it worked again. I don't have a big enough sd card to back up the nand, so I'll quit while I'm ahead for now.

This is getting a bit off topic now so I'll stop here.

    Thanks

Well.. I drank a few beers, and considered your installer. I'm glad I drank the beers. A game I had downloaded and burned twelve different ways would not work. It was the first backup game I ever tried. Medal of Honor 2. I just figured it was a bad load.

I popped it in and it played. I had it labeled as something else, and put it in on accident.

My games work now with the disc channel, and they work with the loader.

I am still confused as to how to play a DVD movie?

    Compucessory DVD-R work great

This seems like the right place to post this. I've burned over 25 games to these compucessory DVD-R 16x dvd's and haven't had a single problem. My wii is soft modded and it's a LU34. My friend has a LU65 wii and he hasn't had a problem with them either.

    Hi.

    Just soft modded my Wii.

    Haven't ordered any DVD's yet.

    Saw these on play

    Play.com (UK) : Verbatim DVD-R 16x / 50 Pack Spindle : Computing - Free Delivery

Will these do the job as it seems a good deal on verbatims and free postage.

    Thanks i advance.

    Angry

Hey guys, I'm a complete noob to wiihacking so bare with me... I've softmodded my brand new wii using the following guide Hackjunkie's Blog - Home of the Nintendo Wii Softmod 4.1 and everything seems fine. So I got neogamma7 and cios249rev14. I did do a lot of reading and cannot backup the games I own since I do not have the appropriate LG drive, so I downloaded the iso's from torrent sites. I burned the iso files using Imgburn at 4x and with dvd-r blank dvd's. The 2 dvd-r brands I've tried till now are Philips and Maxell. When I pop em in my wii and use backup loader I get a read error 1101. I did read that verbatim are better, but shouldn't I get at least something else than a read error? What could be the problem?

Sorry to post this here but it finally came down to me thinking its the dvds I'm using, so I'm not really off topic...
