Help Repairing 3DS
Hello all. I'm not sure how good anybody here is at this sort of thing but I'm gonna try anyway. I have a 3DS that my daughter thought would be a great fish tank ornament. This sucker was fully submerged in a 10 gallon tank. I took it all apart and dried it all out. After putting it back together everything worked. That was a couple months ago now. Two days ago I was playing Zelda and the system made a "POP" sound then died. Now when you power it on the bottom screen flashes once, then it seems like the top screen makes a pop sound then the system powers off. I have checked all ribbon cables multiple times and that doesn't seem to be the problem. I'm wondering if my top screen isn't bad. I am an electronics technician by profession, but have no experience with Nintendo systems. If anybody could help I would be most appreciative!! Thanks.
