Their Website sucks. It seems badly translated and does not make much sense. The firmware was VERY slow to DL (said 13hours!) , so I killed it and found an alternative source, which worked fine.
Now that’s out of the way, lets get onto the good stuff! The card boots fine on DSL and Dsi, It booted all games I tried without a problem. I would say that its not the most intuitive menu, but it is functional and does what you need it to do. As is usual, it uses moonshell for media playing.
It’s a well built, nice looking card that does what it says on the tin!
Beware of fakes, it’s a nice card if you can get it cheap.

Similar to the v2.0 gold R4 above. Menu looks ok, again, functional rather than amazing. The software easy to find even though their site is down at the minute.
Has all the normal options you would expect ,and quite a nice game display. Uses Moonshell for movie and music playing, which it handles pretty well . Comes with some apps pre-installed: phone, mail, msn, internet.
I'm Not sure if I would like it for the kids to use , as 2 clicks can delete a rom, which is really NOT good when you have younger ones playing around with it! Luckily it has an option to disable the annoying menu music!
Everything ran fine on it, including the normal tricky roms.

Very nice website, and was easy to find correct files. A nice easy card to setup.
The menu seemed more basic than others, with a lot less options, but was very nicely displayed with a lot of info. This card would be a great choice for kids, as there is little to do except click the game, its very simple to use. It booted everything I threw at it, including the known tricky to load games.
Overall this a great card for people who aren't interested in all the bells and whistles and technical stuff.
As usual you can install moonshell to allow mp3/video playback etc (separate download though). I would definitely recommend this card if you like things easy and simple.

This card promised a lot. I had heard good things about it and was excited about this one.
So, the positives first! It has the most awesome packaging! And it’s a great looking card. The menu's are very nice. It uses moonshell as expected, and works flawlessly, booted everything without an issue. It has a lot of options to play with, and a nice skin editor is available, as is an R4 cheat editor. Don't let the options put you off though, its incredibly intuitive and easy to use.
It looks REALLY nice with some nice skins on. Moonshell looks awesome too!
Now for the bad stuff! Setting it up isn't as easy as the others, you cant simply download and unzip the files to the card. Its a 3 stage process, you must first download the bootsrap updater (which, very nicely, is available for the pc, Mac and Linux), this MUST be run first and MUST be supplied with the SPECIFIC rom listed in the readme. This I didn’t like. Although it was not hard to find the ROM, it did add more time and a google search for the rom to be able to get running. You then unzip the OS files, THEN you unzip the Moonshell download, only then are you ready to go! On the positive side though, it’s a great looking website, with lots of documentation and nice easy walkthroughs of what you must do. Everything is obvious on the site and easy to identify
Its not hard or technical, just annoying, so bear this in mind. Its well worth the effort in the end though!
Certainly a card I would recommend!

I have been using this card for a long time, so might be slightly biased towards this card!
Its such a nice card. Especially if you take the time to install the Sakura software, which looks amazing, has some great skins available. The updates by the developers are regular, and there is a fairly active user forum.
It has a slightly different setup process compared to the others. You copy the F_core.dat file to the SD (no other files, just this) then you insert a special USB adapter that comes with the card. This is then plugged into PC, the red light comes on and flashes, when its done you remove the cable, unzip the system files and your ready to go! You do not need the usb cable often (only had to do it twice in the year or so I have had the card).
Most updates are same as other cards, just unzip the system files. It Plays audio and video as all the cards do, moonshell works great on it, if that’s what you like.
The Sakura system can play mp3/video natively without needing to install anything else.
This is a great card for those that like to be in control, it has a LOT of options, including Real time saving (which is great!).
Don’t let the mass of options put you off though, as a simple click on the file and the game is running (with the best looking menu of any of the cards!)
Highly recommended!
