    Original R4 cards becoming obsolete

I have one of the first R4 carts and last few months have been having increasing difficulty getting newer games to work like sega all star racing. I tried all the patches, changing to dstt, ysmenu firmware and still no luck. Until today, I stumbled upon a firmware called Wood R4 and it has 99.8% compatibility and i can confirm that the game mentioned above and the likes of Sonic collection work on this firmware without patches. That woodR4 firmware was just released not too long ago, maybe they'll keep it updated for you, so you don't need to get a new flashcart.

I own 2 CycloDS's, M3DS Real, and an AK 2i, and I need a new one for my DSi XL, so I'm waiting for that new supercard to come out.

Cheers Pob, gonna try this tomorrow. Got a games list from the kids and I think I might need this FW for some of them.

Works flawlessly so far. Many thanks for the head-up on this.

I have an R4i SDHC v1.4 card, and I'm having some problems with it (long loading times, random crashes while in the firmware launching a game). Is this compatible with my card or not, and is it likely a new firmware would fix this issue?

Edit: Oh and if so, should I get Wood R4 or Wood R.P.G? What's the difference? :S

Edit#2: Also; what does SDHC stand for and mean, and where can I grab some cool skins for my firmware?

    Thanks!
