3DS New Firmware Updated To V6.1.0-11U And V6.1.0-12E

Last week 3ds firmware was updated to V6.0.0-11U and V6.0.0-12E, today nintendo has updated the 3ds firmware again to V6.1.0-11U and V6.1.0-12E. And this update is a really tiny update. the cards which can work on the V6.0.0 will be also work on V6.1.0. Currently only r4i gold 3ds card and supercard dstwo card can work on this new 3ds firmware.

Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.

Is it safe to do a system update yet? Cause there are a couple VC eShop games I'd like to get.

which 3ds flashcart do you have? have you already updated your flashcart to make it work on the V6.0.0-11, if your flashcart already can work on it, then feel free to update your console to this firmware. if not, do not update because it will still block your cart.

The R4i gold 3ds and the Supercard DSTwo are seemingly at the head of the pack as far as continued support and reliability. I have a Supercard and its completely worth every penny. When I first got into DS Flashcards about 5 years ago, I bought a TopToy. So I can completely agree with the canon 'don't buy Cheap flashcards.' Truer words have never been spoken.
