Which Flash Cart would be suitable for small children?

My 2 girls have been begging us for DS's all summer long. They are both under 5 years old so I am looking for a Flash Cart with a very simple interface. I am a total noob when it comes to DS so I have no clue which to pick. I have done some research and it seems like the AceKard2i is a popular choice around here and am leaning towards that. The supplier I am planning to order from also carries the Supercard DS 2 which has some of the same features but also offers divx support which I am a fan of.

    Any help/advice would be great.

Supercard dstwo is what I like, pay a bit more for it, but it is fairly straight forward on launching games, so the kids can learn quick...

Supercard dstwo is the best flash cart, and also the most expensive, it has some extra features other cards don't offer, such as play gba games, real time save, real time cheat, real time menu, slow motion and other features. if you need any of those features, just get a dstwo card. if you only want to find a easy to use flash cart and just play ds games. r4i gold 3ds this one: R4i Gold 3DS Wood R4i 3DS flashcard For DS DSi 3DS -dsflashcart.com is better for your girls. very easy and simple but very good card. no extra features and set ups.
Do yourself a favor, don't buy crappy flashcarts.

Other flash cards can play GBA games too but you need a expansion pack. I have AceKard 2i and EZ Flash 3-in-1 and I can play GBA.

yeah, you are correct, DStwo can play gba games without a slot-2 card. Other cards can play gba games on DS console with a slot-2 card such as the EZ flash 3 in 1 as you said.

See, I never knew that. I was told (by people on maxconsole.net...one of those people was a admin :|) that no matter what flash card I got I would need a slot2 expansion pack to play GBA games...is this something that just recently happened? I bought my AceKard 2i about 2yrs ago, that's when I was told I needed a slot 2 expansion pack.

suprecard ds2 is the best that there is and it has been said that it rons ds games on the 3ds, However I do Not recommended use with the 3ds yet.
Can use a micro SD card up to 32GB's so far that I know of.
Has a user friendly Interface that can be edited and is plugin based so there are 100s of uses.
supercard ds2 has built in emulators that emulate GBA and SNES.

Built in SNES? How well does it work? The only SNES emu I can use on DS is SNEmulDS and its support has sadly been discontinued

Yes, development is still slow if at all but it runs most games at at least half to full speed. Cheats, Saves, more...
    More info HERE.

I have not used snemulds so I can't compare the two however I believe that the supercard snes was based off of bsnes or snes9x.

Not sure if you can use supercard software on Acekard of not. but you can try as it is free to download. HERE

You can also run your own emulators in the ds2 and switch between the ones that work for you.

Bottom line is if it runs on the nds it runs on the supercard ds2.
