What is the email you are sending to so I may use that instead of the feedback button found at the bottom of DriveKey's website.

NSMB works fine on my Wii, so mine must be updated. When did you bought the Drivekey?
Regarding contact, I just used the general feedback on their site and they answered before 24 hours every time.

This is what they wrote last, because I asked about the invalid key again, since I didn't get a useful answer last time:
    Code:
We are sitting in different part of the world and as you know there are time difference and other issues to deal with.
As we know there are no new update for DK as 2.1 is the latest and works fine.
So the other department arent in a hurry to send the file for the serial at this moment as we are busy with some new cool product.
Still if you download the firmware for 2.1 you still need a dkprog for updating your drivekey and it is already 2.1.
Just try NSMB and see that it will work.
    Regards Drivekey Tech Team
So if you just got yours and its not 2.1, then you should take it back to the store and get it updated or a new one.
How do you backup and burn your copy of NSMB?

If I reply directly to e-mail, this is the mail they use, support-dk must mean that it's for Danish customers?:
    Drivekey Tech <support-dk@drivekey.com>
You could try to write to that e-mail, but I just used the feedback on their site.

I RAW dump the disk using Acronis as with all other games and those work fine.

Hmmm strange. Then I have no idea. You tried to burn it again, maybe on other media?
I burned with a laptop drive (STTP or something, maybe samsung) where I change the book type to DVD-ROM, because I have DVD+R media (Verbatim Azo Printable).
I'll get new medias today or tomorrow, Sony DVD-R and will try to burn another copy and see if it also works.
But apparently it looks like you dont have 2.1 installed on chip.
