i have wii (europe) - D3-2
i changed the DVD board to dms and installed drivekey
after starting the wii i inserted a game (burned and original)
and i get a message on the disc channel that i must update my wii!
what can i do to solve it?

what you SHOULD have done is searched/read the forum.
What you need to do is install whichever IOS the game requires. read more about that here: http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...s-use-run.html
why do i need to install ios for the games?
i want to play them using the DVD not usb drive or something

It doesn`t matter if it`s dvd or usb, some games need the ios to be patched. Did you softmod?

install trough wad manager. You will be able play your games without having to update.
i think i understand now..
so i will be able to play game from the dvd drive
but i cant use the normal disc channel
i need to use a software on the wii to run it
