DriveKey + PAL Nintendo Wii 4.1E, Mario Galaxy 2

I've read some of the other threads, but since I'm very new at this I'm still unsure what to do.
I get the black screen after selecting the game, and choosing start.

So, after what I've read I need to upgrade my software/firmware?

But thats not recommended when using a chip?

I've configured the drivekey to bypass updates.

    Help anyone?

What happens if I buy galaxy 2 and deactivate the chip? Will it play under 4.1E or do I need to upgrade?

If I upgrade, do this make my chip useless?

So I only need to do this section then?

    Select IOS36, press A
Select IOS, BC, MIOS and press A
Select IOS56 (v5405) and Download from NUS
Install from SD for offline install, and extract this wad to sd:\wad
    IOS56-64-v5405.wad
You don't need to apply patches on this one, but you can safely if you want.

Sorry if I'm asking too much, but I need to be sure.

    3.1-4.1 Firmwares Download: Dop-Mii_v12_CB2_BB1.zip

    Format the sd to fat32

    - You'll need to put these files on an SD card (not SDHC)
    - If you get any errors backup and format your card with this tool.
    - Extract Dop-Mii_v12_CB2_BB1.zip to sd:\
    - Insert the SD card, turn on the console, and DOP-Mii should load.
    - If it doesn't, navigate to Options > Data > Channels and select the SD card there then load file.

    Select Install IOS36 with fakesign
Download from NUS if the wii is online
Install from SD for offline install, and extract these wads to sd:\wad
    IOS15-64-v257.zip
    IOS15-64-v523.zip
    IOS36-64-v3351.zip
Be sure to apply all 3 patches to ios36.

    Select IOS36, press A
Select IOS, BC, MIOS and press A
Select IOS56 (v5405) and Download from NUS
Install from SD for offline install, and extract this wad to sd:\wad
    IOS56-64-v5405.wad
You don't need to apply patches on this one, but you can safely if you want.

After it's finished press Home to exit and reboot your console, removing the SD card. If you get a DSI error during this process it's okay, just hold power on the console until it shuts off then try again.

I formatted my 1GB SD card with Fat32

Uzipped the first package onto the card, then placed all those .wad files inside the wad folder. Put it in
my console, it booted up and shows the main menu. I click the SD icon in the bottom, it enters that
menu and says reading card, then the console freezes.

    EDIT:

Now I get to the SD card, showing a red banner at top. Letting me select diff IOS, I tried the Fake sign type but then it said trying to download from NUS, my Wii isn't connected to internet.

The IOSs above tells me to select one with fake sign.?

    EDIT2:

Got it to install, found out howto select Load from SD instead of using NUS, but a error came:

    Imageshack - dsc00153bj.jpg

    EDIT3;

Got it working now. Thanks. Sorry for the posting, just got a little stressed.

    Thanks for the help!
