I know this my first post ,but there was a question about wiikey 2 and the new update
i have wiikey 2 and my wii got updated to 4.2E -and is pal version- all games from nstc stop working but pal still work- believe it stealth
in the end i softmod it and all it working 99% on game -only one game sofar hasn't worked.
have burn games on tdk dvd-r at max speed no problem plus i burn games also on dvd +r at max speed on dvd-rom setting.not all games like them.gamecube games for some reason like dvd +r than dvd -r and wii dvd -r.
i believe my wii is an old model as it was set on version 3.7 when i first got it.
i'm thinking that i will update to WODE later in the year.so i can have all 3 mods working.
hope this answer ya question RATT

I haven't heard of any Modchip supporting GC HDD loading. The moment I see a confirmation I'm snatching that modchip.

You'd have to be blind or unable to read to not find any channels for HDD backup loading. If this is your reason for buying a WODE, don't waste your money.

it not i'm blind its cause the one's try didn't work - i still new to this and that why i'm here - had wii for 2 weeks now ,give a month or 2 and i be a pro ..lol maybe .

after looki at post ,i'm happy to say http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...s-usb-hdd.html has help me get a usb harddrive working

what i was missing was the usb loader for the wii ,now it works great and i can say i rip my first game with (wii sport that came with it) .so now i can save my backup games and i won't have to kill a good wii disk.

p.s does that mean i'm a pro now lol

The Wode is a hardmod that allows you to connect a USB HDD to your Wii and boot Wii and GC ISO's.

See the usb port on the side.
