Beatles Rock Band and GH: 5 not working

HI I have one of the new NSMB DriveKeys installed, my software is 4.1, Wii is NTSC.

All of my backups are working correctly with the exception of The Beatles Rock Band, and Guitar Hero 5. Both games give me the blue screen telling me to turn off power to the Wii. This happens just after I boot the game from the Disc Channel.

Any clues on what is going on? I am using unscrubbed, unpatched NTSC ISO's running from disc. The console does not have any softmodding done with the exception of the Homebrew Channel.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the tip, I did have updates turned off. I turned them on and it worked perfectly for both games!
