Games that don't work on the DriveKey
I was wondering what games you have found don't work on the Drive Key? I have a 4.2U NTSC Wii that is also softmodded (I had to do this to get import games working specifically Sin and Punishment).
So far I have encountered 2 games that won't work. Ghostbusters dies after the warning screen and NSMB NTSC as well as the patched version (even after installing the IOS wad) will not work with the DriveKey and Neo Gamma even though others have said it should work from dvd with a modded Wii.
Have you had luck with either of the above or found any other games that won't work with Drive Key?
Those two games not working has nothing to do with DriveKey. DriveKey plays all games that other similar modchips plays. Nothing more, nothing less.
NSMB has a new copy protection, and Ghostbusters is known to have some issues as well. Check forum threads in other sections to read more about getting these two games to work on your setup.
Let me put it this way. Those are two games that regardless of what I've tried have not worked and I have never heard of another Drive Key owner getting them to work (notice I mention patching etc.. in the case of NSMB).

Drivekey here, ntsc wii @ 4.0u firmware. I have done no softmodding and do not intend to unless forced to. I honestly don't think it will be required if the iso image is patched properly.
For ghostbusters there is a workaround. When you put in the game and launch it from the disc channel, wait for the screen to come up showing the controllers and just as it appears hit the eject button. A message will show up saying to re-insert the Ghostbusters game disc. Put it back in and the game loads past the crash point. Its not elegant but it works.
I bought NSMB and I have not tested the releases yet. To get this working I think we will need an NTSC dump that has the main.dol patched for copy protection with the update partition completely removed, preferrably not scrubbed. That's my guess. I wouldn't allow any system updates either as it appears this game has a second update aimed at soft or hard modded wii's. My virgin wii only did one update yet I keep reading modded wii's are doing 2 updates with no indication of what that 2nd update is.

I have a PAL Wii with drive key and 3.4 fw. Ghostbusters NTSC plays fine on my machine
I have DriveKey on NTSC Wii with 4.2 and Ghostbusters plays fine. NSMB and Wii Fit Plus do not.
Drivekey owner with 4.2u. Ghostbusters works fine as does Wii Fit Plus. NSMB does not. I've gotten NSMB to run off my USB Loader(WiiFlow) however with remove 002 protection clicked on using this copy unpatched. New_Super_Mario_Bros_Wii_USA_Wii-QwiiF
Drivekey owner here. Tried various methods for loading nsmb. None worked, we are screwed. they aren't gonna update.
Hey all, Drivekey 4.1u user. Got NSMB to work no problem. You basically have to softmod your system though, AND turn off the drivekey otherwise you get a conflict. I guess it's not really a fix, more of a work around, but now having done that, there's nothing I can't play.

I have a USA Wii 4.2u with Drivekey, no softmodding.
Aparrently the new games will not work with Drivekey (but I think it is not the Drivekey, but a problem with code protection).
I'm having problems with NSMB and Resident Evil - DC.
But, the Drivekey team promised new chips and update to old drivekey users to overcome this problem.
News from drivekey site:"2009-11-26 >> NSMB fixed on DriveKey!
We have fixed the NSMB issue in DriveKey. The updated firmware will be in all chips shipping from Monday 30th November. We will also be providing an update for existing DriveKey owners, which will be released as soon as the JTAG programmer is ready. In the near future we will also publish a standard for appending BCA data at the end of the ISO image, so that any new game with this new protection will work without any update of the chip. The actual game ISO will remain unmodified."
